The Challenge
Bristol Myers Squibb (BMS), a Fortune Top 50 pharmaceutical manufacturer relied on multiple enterprise and operational systems - including SAP, Emerson Syncade, DeltaV, and quality management platforms - to run its manufacturing operations. While each system supported a critical function, they operated largely in isolation, preventing the organization from obtaining a unified view of plant performance.
